2. If registration is cancelled before November 23, 2019, a full refund less a $35 administration fee will be refunded.

3. Substitutions are permitted. 

4. If the workshop is cancelled due to insufficient registration, a full refund will be issued. If circumstances allow, you will be notified no less than a week before  the workshop.
